Our Mission

The Finance, Administration, and Operations division supports Mines’ educational mission and its students, faculty, and staff by integrating its mission and strategic plan with a sustainable model. We aim to leverage our assets during changing economic times and provide guidance in an environment of increasing oversight and accountability.

The Finance, Administration, and Operations division encompasses budget and financial planning, research administration, the Office of the Controller, procurement, shared services (MAPS), facilities management, campus events, public safety and environmental health and safety, parking, capital planning & design and capital construction, human resources, internal audit, information & technology solutions,
compliance and policy, and institutional equity and Title IX.
