Competency Training Series

Mines competencies are included in the annual Performance Review process for all Administrative Faculty.  Human Resources is offering training each quarter, competency by competency, throughout the year to support learning and development. The training is being offered to all Administrative Faculty and Supervisors who lead these individuals, including Academic Faculty and Classified Employees. The training is designed specifically for administrative faculty competencies.

Each quarter, we will offer training on two of the seven administrative faculty core competencies:

  • Quarter 1: Accountability + Collaboration/Teamwork
  • Quarter 2: Communications + Leadership
  • Quarter 3: Customer Focus + Innovation/Problem-Solving
  • Quarter 4: Professionalism
