HR 102 – Building Skills to Promote Employee Success

As supervisors you are expected to manage complex interactions with your team. The complexity is increased further with hybrid and remote work. To support your learning and development in this area, your Human Resources Employee Relations team has developed this introductory course to equip you with the practical skills to effectively motivate and foster positive team dynamics.

Topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating an effective onboarding plan
  • Setting clear performance expectations, monitoring performance, and providing timely feedback
  • Learning to empathize when working with employees who are not performing at their best
