Purpose: Brown Hall Chiller Plant (CP6) Capacity Upgrades

Update:
• Beginning Sunday, March 9, the HVAC Shop will be making adjustments to building temperatures to account for rising outdoor temperatures. To maintain a comfortable indoor environment, we will lower the heating set points overnight and into the morning hours. We do not anticipate significant disruptions, but we appreciate your understanding during this adjustment period.
• We will provide updates as needed and expect these changes to continue for approximately one week. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Shance Farrell, HVAC Shop Supervisor 303-520-8930.

• There will not be air-conditioning available to these buildings for approximately three-weeks while capacity upgrades are implemented in the Brown Hall Chiller Plant 6.
• Temperatures will be warmer than normal. Elevated inside temperatures will occur when outdoor air temperatures are greater than 55 deg F.
• When outside air temperatures are lower the 55 deg F, free cooling is available to meet building temperature setpoints.
• Temporary chillers have been installed for Brown Hall and CoorsTek process cooling water loops.
