EMERGENCY / SERVICE OUTAGE MEMORANDUM

To: Coolbaugh Hall and Heating Plant Occupants

Outage Date: August 3, 2024.
Outage Time: 6:00am – 4:00pm.
Purpose: Crane lifts for structural steel beams onto Coolbaugh Hall roof.
System(s) Involved: Coolbaugh Hall building access. Closure of the Heating Plant parking lot.
Effect(s) on Occupants:
– Structural steel beams will be lifted onto the Coolbaugh Halll southeast lab wing roof. There may be a 15-minute period where occupants will be asked to gather in the corridors.
– Vehicles need to be moved out of the Heating Plant parking lot by 6:00 am on August 3. The crane will setup in this parking lot.
– Crews will be working on the Coolbaugh Hall roof and in the mechanical penthouse from August 3 – 9, 2024.
