Background 

  • Diane’s position prior to joining Mines was at Lourdes University as an Enterprise Application Analyst and Project Lead. She analyzed, designed, prepared, tested, documented and led implementation of computer system modifications. 
  • Diane first joined Mines in September 2017 as a Banner Developer for the Human Resources system. Diane provided technical guidance, analysis/design and development/testing for Banner HR and integrated systems.  
  • Diane joined the PCMO in March 2020 as a Business Requirements Analyst bringing with her an impressive history of systems analyst, development and higher education skills. 

 Successes 

  • Diane worked numerous projects as a Banner Developer such as efforts related to UC4 annual uploads, Skillsoft, PageUp and report modifications.  
  • Diane utilizes her technical knowledge to review new project requests and engage with requestors to gather requirements. 
  • Diane’s background in HR has made her integral in the development of the processes required for the critical Vacation/Sick project.
