Instrument Details

The Plasma-Preen Plasma Science Microwave is a cleaning/etching system provides rapid substrate cleaning via two mechanisms: low temperature plasma oxidation and argon sputter cleaning. 

The Plasma-Preen System uses a converted microwave oven with proven reliability, a water-cooled reaction chamber and regulated oxygen and argon flow to rapidly provide a highly controllable plasma environment for substrate surface cleaning.
