b. The acceptable use of the Colorado School of Mines property and facilities is outlined in the Facilities Use Procedures.

c. This form must be submitted a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the planned event.

d. Submission of this form does not constitute a space reservation. Please reserve your preferred space by heading to reservations.mines.edu.

a. Public speech activities are generally encouraged on Maple Plaza, which is located between the Ben Parker Student Center & the Student Recreation Center. or other outdoor locations. Outdoor locations are available free of charge for public speech activities. Colorado School of Mines does not provide furniture outdoors for such events.

b. Public speech activities may also take place by reserving a table in the Ben Parker Student Center atrium lobby for a daily fee of $100.00 for outside organizations. (Mines students are not subject to the daily fee.)
